Gardens of Illusion is a live surround sound performance and short residency accompanying Corinne Silva’s exhibition garden state at the mosaic rooms, London.

Offering an unexpected view on gardening, Garden State comprises photographic and sound installations exploring Israel’s suburban gardens, parks and public places. Silva explores what gardening might represent in the context of Israel’s contemporary colonisation of Palestinian territories through two bodies of work, Gardening the Suburbs and Garden State.
